Share Dashboard with Custom Groups

Sharing dashboard with custom groups is a new enhancement in the EX Portal that allows users to share dashboards with defined sets of employees instead of just the creator or the entire company. Admins can create custom groups by applying filters (like Department, Location, Role) in the Employee Roster and saving those as groups. These groups can then be selected when granting dashboard access, enabling targeted sharing to exactly the right users.

Private: Only the dashboard creator can access it.

Global (View only): The dashboard is visible to all portal users.

Custom (View only): The dashboard is shared only with admin-defined employee groups.

After logging into your QuestionPro EX account, navigate to the required folder. Then go into Employee List .

• In the Languages tab, go to the Open Comments section, and you can see a Enable Global Language toggle .

• Switch On the toggle. By default the global language selected would be English and the setting is applied to All Surveys

• To choose a different language, click on the dropdown and select a language of your choice.

• By default the setting is applied to all surveys, but you can choose one or many or all surveys from the dropdown.
