Print or download survey as Word Doc or PDF
How to print a survey or create a PDF or Doc of a survey?
- Go to: Login » My Surveys (Select a survey) » Edit.
- Click on tools located near the top right corner.
- Under tools drop-down, go to the download section.
Print/PDF/Doc will be generated as respondent sees it, as shown in the screenshot below:
How do I generate a copy of a survey with settings, blocks, and logic information?
- Go to: Login » My Surveys (Select a survey) » Edit.
- Click on tools located near the top right corner.
- Under tools drop-down, select the review mode.
Click to download
Under the review mode, you can print or generate the PDF copy of your survey.
This export will contain all survey flow settings and information like validation, blocks, logic, etc.
How do I add question numbers to the printed format?
To add question numbers to the printed format, please enable question numbering for the survey:
Go to: Login » Surveys (Select a survey) » Edit » Design Enable the toggle switch for Question Numbers and save.License
