SalesForce : Fetch Data
QuestionPro provides the feature to fetch data from a specific field within your mapped Salesforce object and pass that data into a custom variable in QuestionPro.
Go to: Login >> Survey >> Integrations >> SalesForce Integration
Make sure that you have Integration Type as Update Records.
Under Fetch Data, select the Salesforce field that you want to fetch the data from and select the custom variable where you want to save the fetched data.
Once the data is fetched, it will be updated in the Response Viewer.
Note: This works only for Update Records Integration Type.
