The QuestionPro workflow engine acts on every survey response the moment it is submitted. Each response is evaluated against the conditions you define, and the workflow automatically runs the actions you connect, with no manual monitoring or exports.
For example, when a satisfaction score falls below a predefined threshold, the workflow immediately notifies the responsible manager so issues are addressed while they are still actionable.
1. Create a new workflow and add the QuestionPro trigger. Select the survey to monitor.
2. Add an IF node and define the condition, such as the question, the operator, and the threshold value.
3. On the true branch, add the action to run, such as a notification to the responsible manager.
4. Optionally, connect an action to the false branch, or leave it empty to stop the workflow.
5. Save and activate the workflow. Every new response is now evaluated automatically.
How quickly does a trigger run?
The workflow runs as each response is submitted, so notifications and actions happen without waiting for a scheduled export.
Can one workflow run several actions?
Yes. Connect multiple actions to the true branch, for example notifying the responsible manager and sending the response data to a connected platform.
What happens to responses that do not meet the condition?
They follow the false branch. Connect a different action, such as routine data delivery, or leave the branch empty to stop the workflow.
